  What is a short-wave outer infrared lens,its main application fields,and what are its advantages?The wavelength of infrared radiation is between visible light and microwave,its short wave is adjacent to red light in the visible light band,and its long wave is adjacent to microwave.

  According to the generation mechanism of infrared radiation,the application and development of infrared radiation and considering the transmission characteristics of infrared radiation in the earth's atmosphere,the infrared radiation from 0.75 to 1000μm is further divided into four bands:

  (1)Near Infrared(NIR):0.75~1μm

  (2)Short-wave infrared,the wavelength range is 1~3μm;

  (4)Far-infrared or long-wave infrared,the wavelength range is 7.5~14μm;

  The surface of the lens is coated with 0.7~1.7um multi-layer anti-reflection(AR)coating,which has high transmittance and can gather light in the 430~900nm or even longer wavelength range into the same three-dimensional,so no matter daytime imaging or night vision All are clear;the mechanical structure meets the high shock resistance environment,and is suitable for various short-wave infrared imaging applications such as spot detection,machine vision,industrial inspection,classification and quality control.It is a compact and lightweight lens for short-wave infrared imaging.
